The advice "try running TrueSuiteApplication from C:\Program Files\WIN7TS" worked for me on an HP 8710P running Windows 7 RC 7100, although I haven't a clue which part of the following accounted for the result. For public amusement, here's the steps that worked for me.

1) created an empty folder called WIN7TS in C:\Program Files

2) used uniextractor (legroom.net) to unzip the beta install file ( W7Wbf64.exe ) obtained from http://win7beta.authentec.com into that folder.

3) then ran the setup.exe from there. Afterward, I could enrol prints successfully. The copy of the WIN7TS install file I obtained from win7beta.authentec.com was dated Tuesday, April 7th. I confess that running the setup file from any location at all, even from across the street at my Aunt Mildred's house, would probably have produced the same result.
